CVE-2026-5044 is a high-severity stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in the Belkin F9K1122 router firmware version 1.00.33. It occurs in the formSetSystemSettings function of the Setting Handler component when processing the webpage argument. This vulnerability can be exploited remotely without user interaction and allows an attacker to cause a buffer overflow on the stack. The exploit has been publicly disclosed, but no known exploits in the wild have been reported. The vendor has not responded to disclosure attempts, and no patch or official remediation is currently available.
