CVE-2026-5063: CWE-79 Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') in webaways NEX-Forms – Ultimate Forms Plugin for WordPressCVE-2026-5063 0 CVE-2026-5063 is a high-severity stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the NEX-Forms – Ultimate Forms Plugin for WordPress, affecting versions up to and including 9.1.11. The vulnerability arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping of POST parameter key names in the submit_nex_form() function. This allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts that execute when a user accesses the affected page. There is no official patch or remediation level currently provided by the vendor. No known exploits are reported in the wild at this time.
