CVE-2026-5354 is a medium-severity OS command injection vulnerability in the Trendnet TEW-657BRM router version 1.00.1. The flaw exists in the vpn_connect function of the /setup.cgi file, where manipulation of the policy_name argument can lead to remote command execution. The product has been discontinued and reached end-of-life in 2011, and the vendor no longer provides support or patches. Exploit code has been published, but no known exploits in the wild are reported. Due to the product's unsupported status, no official fix is available.
