CVE-2026-54389: Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling in NationalSecurityAgency ghidraCVE-2026-54389 0 Ghidra versions prior to 12.1.3 contain a resource consumption vulnerability in the PDB parser. This flaw allows an attacker to crash the Ghidra process by providing a specially crafted PDB file with an oversized parameters section. The vulnerability arises because the AbstractPdb deserialization reads all parameters into an unbounded list, causing uncontrolled heap growth and an OutOfMemoryError that bypasses exception handling.
