This occurs when an attacker sends a crafted plain-text email containing malicious JavaScript, which executes in the context of the victim's authenticated session upon opening or previewing the message without any user interaction. The vulnerability allows attacker-controlled script execution leading to potential compromise of confidentiality and integrity within the session.
