CVE-2026-55085: CWE-79: Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') in ether etherpadCVE-2026-55085 0 Etherpad versions prior to 3.3.1 contain a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability due to improper neutralization of input in the handling of the start attribute of numbered lists. This allows users with write access to a pad to inject malicious markup that executes when other users, including administrators, view the pad or its timeslider.
