CVE-2026-55470: CWE-1333: Inefficient Regular Expression Complexity in hapifhir org.hl7.fhir.coreCVE-2026-55470 0 HAPI FHIR versions prior to 6.9.10 contain an inefficient regular expression handling vulnerability in the DSTU2 module. The method FHIRPathEngine.matches() calls String.matches() without regex timeout protection, allowing unauthenticated attackers to cause catastrophic regex backtracking and exhaust server CPU resources.
