CVE-2026-57495: CWE-306: Missing Authentication for Critical Function in agenticmail @agenticmail/coreCVE-2026-57495 0 CVE-2026-57495 is a high-severity vulnerability in the agenticmail project affecting multiple packages including @agenticmail/core. Prior to fixed versions, two inbound-mail handlers perform privileged actions without verifying the sender's identity. This allows an external attacker to send emails that resume an operator's AI agent session with elevated permissions, embedding attacker-controlled content directly into the agent's prompt. Fixed versions have been released for @agenticmail/claudecode, @agenticmail/codex, @agenticmail/core, and @agenticmail/openclaw.
