CVE-2026-59832: CWE-22: Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') in siyuan-note siyuanCVE-2026-59832 0 SiYuan, an open-source personal knowledge management system, has a path traversal vulnerability in versions prior to 3.7.1. The vulnerability exists in the /snippets/*filepath route handler, which improperly joins a decoded request path with the snippets directory without validating subpath containment. This allows an authenticated user to access sensitive files outside the intended directory, such as workspace secrets and the document database. The issue is fixed in version 3.7.1.
