CVE-2026-60831 is a high-severity vulnerability in Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools Integration Broker component, affecting versions 8.61 through 8.63. It allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to potentially take over the PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools environment. The vulnerability is difficult to exploit but can result in full confidentiality, integrity, and availability compromise.
