CVE-2026-61607: CWE-79: Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') in getgrav grav-plugin-apiCVE-2026-61607 0 A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in the Grav API Plugin prior to version 1.0.2. The vulnerability arises because the plugin's media upload pipeline validates SVG filename extensions but does not sanitize SVG content, allowing an attacker with api.media.write permission to upload SVG files containing malicious JavaScript. When the server returns the SVG with the Content-Type image/svg+xml, the script executes in the victim's browser, potentially leading to session data theft and unauthorized actions. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.2. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 08/19/2026, 15:18:15 UTC Added: 08/19/2026, 15:37:44 UTC |
