Lychee versions prior to 7.6.3 contain an improper authorization vulnerability in the GET /api/v2/Zip endpoint. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to download ZIP archives of photos from public, password-protected albums with grants_download enabled without supplying the album password. The vulnerability arises because the endpoint authorizes downloads without enforcing access checks, exposing full-resolution photos and metadata if grants_full_photo_access is enabled.
