CVE-2026-62963: CWE-409: Improper Handling of Highly Compressed Data (Data Amplification) in centrifugal centrifugoCVE-2026-62963 0 Centrifugo versions prior to 6.8.4 contain a vulnerability in the unidirectional WebSocket transport when uni_websocket.compression is enabled. The server enforces a message size limit on compressed wire-frame length but fails to limit the size after decompression, allowing unauthenticated requests to trigger excessive memory and CPU consumption. This issue is fixed in version 6.8.4. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 07/16/2026, 19:34:48 UTC Added: 07/16/2026, 19:48:19 UTC |
