CVE-2026-63431 is a missing authorization vulnerability in horilla-hr versions 1.5.0-85 and earlier. The payroll module does not consistently verify access rights before displaying sensitive payroll-related data such as salary structures, allowances, deductions, and loan details. Authenticated employees without proper permissions can access other employees' confidential payroll information. No complete fix is currently available.
