In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iio: adc: nxp-sar-adc: fix division by zero in write_raw Add a validation check… (CVE-2026-63935)CVE-2026-63935 0 A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's nxp-sar-adc driver allowed a division by zero error in the write_raw function. This occurred when a user wrote zero or a negative value to the sampling_frequency sysfs attribute. Additionally, an unsigned integer underflow could occur when the computed cycle count was smaller than a defined constant, causing a wraparound to a large value. The issue has been resolved by adding validation checks to prevent these conditions. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 07/19/2026, 18:31:46 UTC Added: 07/19/2026, 19:38:19 UTC |
