Huawei openUBMC contains a hard-coded SNMPv3 USM key used for both authentication and encryption. This key is the same across all units shipped with the affected versions and is not changed by resetting the administrator password. An attacker with access to this key can authenticate to SNMPv3 and decrypt SNMPv3 traffic, gaining full administrative control including system reset and firmware upgrades.
