CVE-2026-65911: Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') in cure53 DOMPurifyCVE-2026-65911
0

DOMPurify versions prior to 3.4.0 have a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability due to improper handling of function predicates supplied via ADD_ATTR or ADD_TAGS in the sanitize() method. When a function is used in one call and later replaced by an array on the same instance, the original function handler persists, allowing dangerous attributes or tags to bypass sanitization. This issue is considered an edge case by the vendor and is patched in version 3.4.0.
