CVE-2026-66878 is a high-severity vulnerability in Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes 2.11, specifically in the multicloud-operators-subscription component. A namespace administrator with privileges to create Channel and Subscription resources can manipulate the Channel.Spec.SecretRef.Namespace field to cause the system to copy sensitive Secret data from other namespaces into their own. This leads to unauthorized information disclosure across namespaces within the cluster. No official fix or mitigation meeting Red Hat's criteria is currently available.

A flaw was found in multicloud-operators-subscription. A privileged user, specifically a namespace administrator capable of creating Channel and Subscription resources, can exploit this vulnerability. By manipulating the Channel.Spec.SecretRef.Namespace field, the user can cause the system to copy sensitive Secret contents from other namespaces into their own, leading to information disclosure.
