CVE-2026-66878: Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key in Red Hat Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes 2CVE-2026-66878 0 CVE-2026-66878 is a high-severity vulnerability in Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes 2 affecting the multicloud-operators-subscription component. A namespace administrator with privileges to create Channel and Subscription resources can manipulate the Channel.Spec.SecretRef.Namespace field to cause the system to copy sensitive Secret data from other namespaces into their own namespace. This results in unauthorized information disclosure of sensitive secrets across namespaces within the cluster. The vulnerability arises due to improper authorization checks on tenant-controlled namespace references. No official patch or mitigation currently meets Red Hat's criteria for ease of use, applicability, or stability.
