This occurs when a victim opens a specially crafted notebook containing URL-type file entries, which bypass validation and containment checks, enabling file writes outside the intended directory. The vulnerability affects livebook versions from 0.11.0 before 0.18.7 and from 0.19.0 before 0.19.9. It requires user interaction but no authentication by the attacker.
