CVE-2026-67218 is a low-severity authorization vulnerability in rabbitmq-server prior to versions 4.0.22, 4.1.11, and 4.2.6. The issue allows users with management tag and vhost access but without configure permissions to create super-streams via the HTTP API, bypassing intended permission checks. This privilege escalation arises because the HTTP handler omits enforcement of configure permissions on exchanges and partition queues, unlike the native stream-protocol path. The vulnerability requires the rabbitmq_stream_management plugin to be enabled. It is fixed in the specified versions.
