CVE-2026-67412 is a vulnerability in RabbitMQ server versions from 3.13.0 up to but not including 4.3.3, 4.2.9, 4.1.14, 4.0.24, and 3.13.18. It involves missing authorization checks in the Federation upstream feature, allowing a policymaker on one virtual host (vhost) to read and drain messages from another vhost without permission. This breaks vhost tenancy and can result in unauthorized message consumption. The issue is fixed in the specified versions.
