CVE-2026-68872: CWE-639: Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key in Apache Software Foundation Apache Airflow Amazon providerCVE-2026-68872 0 CVE-2026-68872 is an authorization bypass vulnerability in the Apache Airflow Amazon provider affecting the AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store and Secrets Manager backends. In multi-team mode deployments, a user from one team could access secrets belonging to another team by exploiting a fallback mechanism that resolves team-scoped IDs through a team-agnostic lookup. This allows unauthorized retrieval of credentials across team boundaries. The issue is fixed in apache-airflow-providers-amazon version 9.34.0 and later, which disables the fallback for IDs that could reference other team namespaces.
