CVE-2026-70667: CWE-367: Time-of-check Time-of-use (TOCTOU) Race Condition in Netflix lemurCVE-2026-70667
0

A time-of-check to time-of-use (TOCTOU) race condition exists in Netflix's Lemur TLS certificate management tool prior to version 1.9.3. The vulnerability involves the _validate_revocation_url function, which improperly handles HTTP redirects during certificate revocation checks, allowing attacker-controlled URLs to redirect to internal or sensitive network addresses. This flaw enables blind internal requests via DNS rebinding attacks when uploading certificates. The issue is fixed in Lemur version 1.9.3 by disabling redirects and pinning validated addresses while preserving the Host header.
