CVE-2026-70684 is a high-severity vulnerability in Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform versions 13.5 and 24.1. It allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to potentially take over the platform. The vulnerability is difficult to exploit but impacts confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Oracle has released a Critical Security Patch Update in August 2026 addressing this and many other vulnerabilities.
