CVE-2026-71214: CWE-306 Missing Authentication for Critical Function in NASA-AMMOS plandev (sequencing-server)CVE-2026-71214 0 CVE-2026-71214 is a critical authentication bypass vulnerability in NASA-AMMOS plandev's sequencing-server. The server's authorization middleware trusts client-supplied session variables over verified JWT claims, allowing unauthenticated attackers to escalate privileges by specifying roles in the request body. Additionally, an endpoint explicitly exempt from authentication allows unauthenticated writes to command dictionaries. This flaw enables attackers to insert arbitrary command expansion rules that affect spacecraft command translation.
