A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's SELinux implementation related to TCP Fast Open connect permissions has been resolved. SELinux did not properly check connect-related permissions when TCP Fast Open was used, potentially allowing unauthorized socket connections. The issue was fixed by updating the socket_sendmsg() hook to call selinux_socket_connect() when the MSG_FASTOPEN flag is passed.
