CVE-2026-72692 is a missing authorization vulnerability in OpenSignLabs opensignserver up to version 2.37.0. It allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to decline any in-flight document and forge the decline attribution to any user via the declinedoc Parse cloud function. This function improperly writes decline-related fields without verifying the caller's identity, enabling unauthorized workflow termination and falsification of evidentiary records.
