CVE-2026-72785: Incorrect Authorization in craftcms cmsCVE-2026-72785 0 Craft CMS versions 5.0.0-RC1 through 5.10.5 have an incorrect authorization vulnerability allowing a control-panel user with only viewCategories permission to modify category structures. This flaw permits reordering and re-parenting categories via the structures/move-element action without requiring saveCategories permission. The vulnerability arises because the structureEditable flag is incorrectly computed from view permission instead of save permission. Moving categories changes their URIs and those of descendants, potentially corrupting navigation menus. The issue is fixed in version 5.10.6.
