CVE-2026-72801: Insufficiently Protected Credentials in siyuan-note siyuanCVE-2026-72801 0 SiYuan note-taking software versions before v3.7.4 expose encrypted-notebook key derivation material and wrapped data keys via unauthenticated endpoints in publish mode. This allows attackers to obtain Argon2id salt, cost parameters, password verifiers, and wrapped notebook keys, enabling unlimited offline master-password cracking attempts without rate limiting. The vulnerability has a high severity score of 8.7 and does not require user interaction or privileges to exploit.
