It allows authenticated users to add or remove emoji reactions on comments without proper authorization checks to verify if the user can view the target comment. This missing authorization enables modification of reaction states on private or inaccessible comments. The issue is fixed by enforcing access control checks that reject unauthorized requests with HTTP 403 responses.
