CVE-2026-73291: CWE-22: Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') in seerr-team seerrCVE-2026-73291 0 CVE-2026-73291 is a path traversal vulnerability in Seerr prior to version 3.4.0. It affects the unauthenticated GET /avatarproxy/:jellyfinUserId route, where malicious input can cause files outside the intended cache directory to be overwritten. This can lead to arbitrary code execution as the node user after a container restart. The vulnerability arises from improper handling of upstream ETag and Content-Type headers used to build cache filenames. The issue is fixed in version 3.4.0.
