Wazuh wazuh-manager versions 4.14.3 up to but not including 4.14.8 have a vulnerability due to a case-sensitivity mismatch between the ossec.conf validator and wazuh-logcollector. This flaw allows authenticated users with the manager:update_config privilege to bypass remote-command validation by injecting an uppercase LOG_FORMAT command in localfile configuration, which the collector then executes as root upon reload.
