CVE-2026-74238: Out-of-bounds Read in tier4 nebulaCVE-2026-74238 0 TIER IV Nebula versions up to 1.2.0 contain an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the Vlp32Decoder::unpack() function. This flaw allows unauthenticated remote attackers to send short UDP datagrams that cause the decoder to read beyond the intended buffer into adjacent heap memory. As a result, fabricated point data derived from heap contents can be published into PointCloud2 messages used by Autoware nodes. The vulnerability affects the Velodyne UDP sensor port, which does not restrict sender addresses like other drivers.
