CVE-2026-74793: Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') in EmilStenstrom justhtmlCVE-2026-74793 0 justhtml versions prior to 3.11.0 contain a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability due to improper input neutralization during web page generation. The default sanitizer fails to remove event handlers in selectedcontent projections, allowing attackers to inject SVG or MathML elements with event handlers that are cloned and reinserted without sanitization. This enables stored or reflected XSS attacks. The vulnerability has a medium severity with a CVSS score of 5.1. No patch or official remediation has been confirmed yet.
