This flaw allows authenticated users with subscriber-level access or higher to retrieve the site's Campaign Monitor mailing list catalog, which should be restricted to users with manager capabilities. The vulnerability arises because the plugin does not properly verify user authorization and exposes a required nonce on all WordPress admin pages, enabling low-privilege users to exploit it without elevated access.
