It allows an unauthenticated attacker to spoof the source IP address in requests to the Automation Broker notification endpoint, leading to arbitrary code execution on the host. This occurs because the Automation Broker trusts a client-supplied source IP header as proof of local origin. Exploitation can compromise data confidentiality, system integrity, and availability.
