A user with the get_talos_enrichment capability can send a crafted request to the Talos intelligence enrichment REST API endpoint, causing the system to make an outbound request to an attacker-controlled server. This can expose tokens that compromise data and system integrity in the Splunk instance. The issue arises because the endpoint does not sufficiently verify that requests are sent to expected destinations.
