CVE-2026-7764: CWE-125: Out-of-bounds Read in Morse Micro HaLowLink 2CVE-2026-7764 0 CVE-2026-7764 is an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the Morse Micro HaLowLink 2 kernel driver for HaLow Wi-Fi. It allows an unauthenticated attacker within radio range to read a small amount of kernel heap memory or cause a denial of service by sending a specially crafted 802. 11ah beacon or probe response frame with a malformed Vendor Information Element. The vulnerability arises because the driver does not properly validate the length of the IE before accessing it, leading to a read of up to 9 bytes beyond the intended buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required to exploit this issue. There is no confirmed patch or official remediation information available at this time.
