0 CVE-2026-77684 is a medium severity denial-of-service vulnerability in the Zephyr Bluetooth Classic Hands-Free Profile (HFP) HF role. It occurs because AT command buffers queued on disconnection are not released, leading to exhaustion of a fixed buffer pool. This causes permanent failure of HFP command sending and can halt the Bluetooth RX thread, requiring a device reboot. The issue affects Zephyr versions from 4.2.0 through 4.4.2 with CONFIG_BT_HFP_HF enabled. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 10/19/2026, 22:49:41 UTC Added: 10/19/2026, 23:03:56 UTC |
