0 Ech0 versions before 4.4.3 have an authorization flaw where the PUT /user endpoint is protected only by a read-only scope (profile:read) but permits write operations such as password changes. This allows an attacker with an admin's profile:read token to change the admin's password and obtain an unrestricted session token, bypassing scope enforcement.
