CVE-2026-79797 is an improper access control vulnerability in the Android client application for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM). This flaw allows application functionality to be invoked by untrusted sources. Exploitation requires user interaction and could enable an unauthenticated remote attacker to obtain sensitive information from the affected user. The vulnerability affects specific versions of CPPM Android client between 6.11.0 and 6.11.15, and version 6.14.0. It has a high severity rating with a CVSS score of 8.8.
