0 CVE-2026-84360 is an authentication bypass vulnerability in 0xJacky's nginx-ui prior to version 2.4.1. The issue arises because certain HTTP routes (/mcp and /mcp_message) require only ordinary authentication instead of the intended RequireSecureSession, allowing an OTP-enabled user with a normal JWT but no valid X-Secure-Session-ID to modify Nginx configuration and trigger reloads. This bypasses the intended step-up authentication control. The vulnerability is fixed in version 2.4.1.
