CVE-2026-8597: CWE-354 Improper validation of integrity check value in Amazon SageMaker Python SDK AWSCVE-2026-8597 0 CVE-2026-8597 is a high-severity vulnerability in the Amazon SageMaker Python SDK affecting versions prior to v2. 257. 2 and v3. 8. 0. It involves missing integrity verification in the Triton inference handler, allowing a remote authenticated actor with S3 write access to replace model artifacts with malicious pickle payloads. This can lead to code execution within inference containers. AWS recommends upgrading to fixed SDK versions and rebuilding affected Triton models. The vulnerability requires authenticated access with specific permissions and does not have known exploits in the wild at this time.
