0 Klever-Go prior to version 1.7.20 has a resource allocation vulnerability in its WebSocket subscription endpoint. The GET /subscribe endpoint accepts unauthenticated WebSocket clients with permissive origin handling and lacks limits on message size and live connections. This allows unbounded growth of subscription maps and retention of goroutines, buffered channels, and descriptors, potentially leading to memory or scheduler exhaustion. Such exhaustion can crash the node and disrupt peer-to-peer and consensus operations. The issue is fixed in version 1.7.20.
