CVE-2026-86107 is an out-of-bounds write vulnerability in Arista Networks VeloCloud Edge and Gateway products. It occurs when processing tunneled IP fragments between authenticated overlay neighbors using the VCMP tunnel protocol. Exploitation can cause the affected process to terminate and restart, resulting in temporary traffic disruption. Unauthenticated hosts or those unable to form an overlay peer relationship cannot trigger this vulnerability.
