CVE-2026-86297: Off-by-One in D-Link DIR-605CVE-2026-86297 0 CVE-2026-86297 is a critical off-by-one vulnerability in the L2TP Control Message Parser of the D-Link DIR-605 B1v202WWB03 router. It specifically affects the tunnel_set_params function in the file progs.gpl/pppd.alpha/l2tp/tunnel.c, where manipulation of the peer_hostname argument can cause an off-by-one error. The vulnerability can be exploited remotely, but exploitation is considered highly complex and difficult. Although exploit code is publicly available, there are no known exploits in the wild.
