CVE-2026-86774: Improper Access Control in grokability snipe-itCVE-2026-86774
0

Snipe-IT versions before 8.7.0 have an improper access control vulnerability in the AssetModelPolicy. This flaw allows authenticated users with assets.files permission to upload and delete file attachments on Asset Model records without needing the models.files permission. This enables unauthorized mutation of shared model file attachments across company boundaries, bypassing intended permission restrictions.
