The Popup Maker WordPress plugin up to version 1.24.0 is vulnerable to a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) flaw via the values[Name] parameter. This vulnerability arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, allowing unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious scripts that execute when users access affected pages. The sanitization method used (wp_kses) is inadequate because certain HTML entities within allowed attributes are not properly neutralized and are later executed by jQuery code in the WordPress admin interface.
