0 CVE-2026-88900 is a deserialization of untrusted data vulnerability in the Apache Camel Camel-Jgroups component. It affects Apache Camel versions from 4.0.0 before 4.18.5 and from 4.19.0 before 4.22.1. The vulnerability arises because JGroupsEndpoint.createExchange deserializes incoming JGroups messages without applying any serialization filter, allowing an attacker with network access to the cluster's multicast group or bind port to send crafted serialized objects. This can lead to remote code execution if a suitable deserialization gadget chain is present on the classpath. The issue is fixed in Apache Camel versions 4.18.5, 4.22.1, and 4.23.0.
