It involves uncontrolled recursion in the grpcfuse kernel module, which can cause a virtual machine panic when a container creates deeply nested directories on a bind-mounted host folder. This triggers a dentry invalidation event leading to the issue. The vulnerability has been fixed in Docker Desktop version 4.76.0.
